Having dealt with an alternative Motor LE provider for well over a decade I admit I was apprehensive about switching to BDElite in December 2015 . I was reticent about first calls not being dealt with in house as was our previous practice and concerned about service issues that might arise of which we would have no knowledge.
My fears have proved completely unfounded. BDElite’s service has been slick and well received by clients. We can and do still report claims direct to BDElite if first contacted but clients have also dealt with them outside business hours too. In all such cases we receive full details of actions agreed between BDElite and clients extremely promptly.
In addition we receive monthly feedback reports collated by BDElite about the service from clients which always make very satisfactory reading.
The Guaranteed Courtesy Car or Van even if the vehicle is a total loss or stolen offers complete client mobility whatever the circumstances and was a key element in our deciding to use this product.

We’ve entrusted BDElite with motor claims since 2010. BDElite understand how important it is to a broker that their clients receive a personal, efficient claims service, proving they understand the brokers perspective by ensuring clients are pro-actively updated whilst also keeping ourselves informed so all parties are aware of the claims progression. They also prioritise any intervention from us on the few occasions we feel it is required.

We have been using BDElite for almost 2 years now.
