We do not give your information out to any other third party unless required to do so by law.

your data from loss, misuse, unauthorised access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Your personal information is never shared with any outside entity without your permission, except under the conditions explained
above.

BDElite Ltd Key Recovery Service

General Terms

BDElite Ltd offers a lost key repatriation service under the product and marketing name BDElite Key Recovery.
Once you are issued with a BDElite Key Recovery tag via your insurance broker it is your responsibility to activate your tag by registering your contact details with us.

by telephoning our BDElite Key Recovery claim line on 01204 567 482 (Lines are open from Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5.00 pm. Lines are closed after 5.00 pm on weekdays, over the weekend and bank holidays. An automated messaging service is available for you to leave your details for a callback. We will return your call on the next available working day). Calls are charged at a local rate, calls from mobiles and other networks may vary.
By registering your details with BDElite Ltd you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions and to the collection and use of your information for services provided by BDElite Ltd.
You are agreeing to BDElite Ltd contacting you as part of its key recovery service, using any of the contact details you have provided.
Once you are issued with a BDElite Key Recovery tag via your insurance broker there is no expiration date associated with this product.
You are responsible for keeping your records with us up to date. Should you wish to notify us of any change in address or contact number you can do so by contacting our BDElite Key Recovery Team on 01204 567 482.
Upon your lost keys being returned to us with an activated Key Recovery Tag, we will attempt to contact you and your insurance broker within the first 24 hours.
If unsuccessful, a second attempt to contact you will be made five days later.
If you fail to notify your insurance broker of your lost keys, activate your tag, update your contact details or respond to our efforts to contact you BDElite Ltd reserves the right to make no further attempts to contact you and your keys will remain in secure storage for a holding period of 12 months.
You are encouraged to contact us at any time within this holding period to enquire if your keys have been returned to us.
Once the 12 month holding period expires BDElite Ltd will no longer be responsible for contacting you regarding lost keys and reserve the right to securely dispose of your items.
Found keys are returned to you using The Royal Mails Special Delivery service to an address of your choosing. Once posted BDElite Ltd will not accept any responsibility or pay compensation for any damage to your items or any deliveries not made by The Royal Mail.
You are responsible for the security of your unique identification number and contact details and must notify immediately if you are concerned about any unauthorised usage.
We do not take any responsibility for any damage caused by our key fobs.
By registering your contact details with BDElite Ltd you agree that the use of the service provided by BDElite Ltd is done so at your own risk.
Whilst BDElite Ltd takes every precaution to protect your details, it cannot guarantee that its service will be error-free.
