BDElite’s motor legal expenses insurance is a before the event (BTE) policy that is only available to the public through you and provides customers with access to our services.
After The Event Services
If your customers don’t take out motor legal expenses insurance at the point of sale and are unfortunate to have an accident that isn’t their fault. We offer an After The Event (ATE) service which provides our personal injury and uninsured loss recovery service for a fee, based on any compensation awarded to them.

24/7 Accident Recovery
With a nationwide recovery team on demand, if your client’s vehicle is immobilised following an accident, we can recover it, and any passengers up to 20 miles away from the scene.
Motor Repair Services
With a UK wide network of approved BS 10125 vehicle repairers and specialist HGV repairers, we can collect, repair and return your client’s vehicle to their doorstep.

We can provide a comprehensive range of temporary vehicle solutions for policyholders following a motor incident, including a nationwide delivery and collection service.
14 Day Emergency Vehicle Hire
In the event, your client’s vehicle is stolen or deemed an immobile total loss after a fault incident, from cars, to vans, to prestige vehicle, we can provide them with an emergency hire vehicle for up to 14 days, to keep your clients mobile.

We quickly and efficiently help your clients claim back out-of-pocket expenses they’ve incurred due to a motor incident including insurance excess, loss of earnings and transport costs.

Injury
