DIRECTIONS

Skin Care: Mix extra virgin coconut oil with moringa seed oil and apply it to the face or body, massaging in circular motions to aid absorption. This effectively locks in moisture and improves dryness and roughness.

Night Repair Serum: Formula: 50% organic coconut oil + 50% moringa seed oil + 2 drops of lavender essential oil. This deeply repairs sun-damaged or dry skin and reduces fine lines.

Refreshing Moisturizing Cream: Formula: 20% coconut oil + 20% moringa seed oil + 60% aloe vera gel + 1 teaspoon of beeswax (to increase thickness). This mixture is suitable for daily use or summer, providing hydration without being overly greasy.

Lip Care: Combine coconut oil with moringa seed oil and suitable essential oils like Frankincense or Cedarwood to create natural lip balm that repairs cold sores, herpes, and reduces lip lines, helping to achieve soft, hydrated lips.

Natural Makeup Remover and Cleanser: Extra virgin coconut oil easily dissolves makeup, mascara and eye makeup while keeping the skin soft. Consider mixing it with moringa seed oil and grape seed oil for even better results. You can make a scrub by mixing a suitable amount of extra virgin coconut oil with Himalayan rock salt or brown sugar to gently exfoliate while moisturizing the skin.

Oral Care: The principle of oil pulling is that oil can combine with harmful bacteria, toxins, and debris in the mouth. By swishing the oil in the mouth, the metabolic waste is expelled from the body. This not only improves oral health but also supports the body’s detoxification. Oil pulling can significantly reduce harmful bacteria in the mouth, whiten teeth, strengthen gums, freshen breath, alleviate gum pain, and reduce the premature tooth loss. It also helps clean the lymphatic system and improve the immune system. Use one tablespoon (5-8g) of moringa seed oil, coconut oil, and neem oil in a 1:8:1 ratio, swishing it in your mouth for 15–20 minutes. Then spit the oil into the trash (not the sink or basin to avoid clogging the pipes), rinse with clean water, and brush your teeth as usual.

Scalp Care: Scalp Nourishing Oil: Formula: 2 tablespoons warm coconut oil + 1 tablespoon moringa seed oil + 3 drops of Rosemary essential oil. Massage into the scalp for 10 minutes, let it sit for 30 minutes, and then wash out to improve dandruff and follicle health. Deep Hair Care: Extra virgin coconut oil promotes the binding of hair proteins, enhancing hair strength and reducing breakage and hair loss. Take 1-2 drops, rub them in your palms, and lightly apply to the ends of the hair as a substitute for conditioner to nourish the strands and prevent split ends. Apply coconut oil from the hair shaft to the ends (avoiding the scalp), wrap with a warm towel for over 30 minutes, and then wash out. Do this once a week for deep hydration, leaving hair healthy, soft, and shiny.

Natural Masks for Skin/ Hair: You can mix 2ml of extra virgin coconut oil with moringa seed oil, one teaspoon of moringa leaf powder, one tablespoon of French Organic Multi-Purpose Moisturizing Base Cream, 5 drops of glycerin, and 2-3 drops of essential oils (use True Lavender or Frankincense for face masks, and Rosemary or Cedarwood for hair masks).
