How to use
Using sphere
1. To power on sphere, firmly press and hold the centre power button for 2 seconds.
2. The device will automatically start at Level 1 (2000 percussions per minute).
3. Press the same button again to increase the speeds through to Level 5.
4. sphere should be used on surfaces that are strong and reliable. Do not use sphere in an area that is unreliable or vulnerable to movement.
5. To turn off sphere, press and hold the centre button on the button pad until the device shuts down.
