Simplicity 8099 vintage paper sewing pattern, dated 1969.

Misses' Skirt in Two Lengths and Shirt:

The top-stitched, man-tailored shirt with long sleeves pleated to buttoned cuffs has yoke, notched collar, front band and front button closing. Shirt laps left over right and can be made with one or two patch pockets. The A-line skirt with optional top-stitching, back zipper and carriers features shaped front pockets forming belt carriers at upper edges. A self fabric contour buttoned belt may be worn thru carriers. V. 1 is regular length. V. 2 is mini length.

Pattern is printed, partly cut and checked complete, in good condition. Envelope is in excellent vintage condition.
