1930s Black Pleated Cocktail Hat Wide Brim with White Feathers / 30s Cocktail Hat Angela Oak Park / Kata

Striking cocktail hat in pleated black rayon across the wide brim and woven straw at the small, low crown, it has two, long, white feathers presenting themselves across the front, at the base of the crown. A black bow, cut out of grosgrain ribbon offsets them, as it encircles the crown. Interior has a black strap that goes behind the neck to keep it in place.
