1980’s Tabby Of California polyester dress in black & white.

1950's meets the 80s with this Tabby of California polyester stretchy dress. The waist is semi dropped, but, elastic makes it possible to be a blouson top dress. No belt or belt loops, but, would look great with one. You definitely can't go wrong with polka dots and a single buttoned keyhold in the back. The puffed and tiered sleeves are a really great addition to the simplicity of this dress. Very simple and conservative or could even be rockabilly or a pinup look with the right accessories.
