Delightful and cheery cotton blend dress made for a Pre-teen girl but can fit a small size adult lady just fine.
Features a pale, baby blue cotton blend fabric with smocking at the chest, embroidered with flowers. There is a gorgeous waist band in diagonal color blocks of coral and pink weave, offset by a green outline. The short sleeves are puffed with ruffled edges thanks to the embroidery. Skirt is long and ends in a large ruffle. The attached sash tie in matching yellow at the waist completes the look by creating a bow at the rear. Unlined, it zips up the back.
