Lemon: This butter sandwich uses Setouchi-grown lemons in the cookies, buttercream, and butter caramel, allowing you to enjoy the full, fresh taste of the fruit. The cookie dough is blended with lemon peel powder and carefully pressed and baked individually. The buttercream contains finely chopped lemon zest, while the caramel paste is mixed with lemon curd made from fresh lemon juice, creating a layered filling. Using lemon in every component achieves the perfect balance of crisp acidity, refreshing aroma, and a subtle, pleasant bitterness.
