Meet Blue Bramble, she is a gorgeous and super rare 1970s Laura Ashley made in Wales prairie dream in a beautiful quality cotton, as per all Laura Ashley dresses of this era. She is in my favourite scoop neck cut and is adorned in the most gorgeous white cotton lace at her bust, neckline and cuffs. She has a full swooping skirt with flounce, pin tuck bodice and cropped slightly puffed sleeves. This beauty is simply glorious, and will forever be a reached for dress in your wardrobe. 

This girl would work on UK sizes 8/10/12 best.

Waist - 32" - 33" - does sit high and can be cinched with her attached side ties.

Length -  60"

The Blue Bramble has been freshly laundered and is ready to wear. She can safely be washed at home on a cool setting. She is in good vintage condition, she has a few minor signs of wear. As with ALL Laura Ashley dresses, this beauty does have some flaws in her fabric. This is due to the hand printing method used to create the iconic early LA fabrics. She has a misprint at her hem and a white misprint at the back of her skirt. These are one hundred percent manufacturing flaws, which is so prominent in these dresses, and truly does at the essence and charm of the early days of Laura Ashley. Please see last two photos for more, I have reflected this in the price of this dress, without these flaws this dress would retail around £260.

This beauty has minimal signs of vintage wear, but please bear in mind that our pieces are true vintage, they’ve been danced in and they have been lived in, so all of our garments will carry your usual signs of vintage wear. Anything that we think is outside of what would class as usual vintage wear, we will state.
