80s, 90s era oversized cowl neck sweater. Can be worn as a tunic or dress depending on your size. So oversized for a vintage M I believe it's meant to be a tunic. Heavily beaded with gold balls, large clear rhinestones, Cotton and ramie blend. Has shoulder pads which can be removed if you wish.

CONDITION: Very good vintage condition, no holes or stains. I don't see any missing beads. If there are any missing they are not noticeable
