Measures 24” at the waist, through the hips and length is 27” but there’s a 5” hem to let out. Skirt is 88” in circumference at bottom hem. Fabric is cotton in a double layer ; the built-in petticoat has a hem flounce. Label reads ”Sid Harris of Milwaukee”. Excellent condition with no holes or stains. True colors are brown, light grey, white and yellow.

**A note on measurements: I like to give measurements on items rather than a numerical size as I find this to be a much more precise way of determining size. If the garment I have measures the same as a garment you have, you can be assured of a good fit. If you have any questions about how I did the measuring just email! PS don't forget YOU must measure at least 1-2 inches smaller than the garment does for comfort! :)
