Vintage 1980's Silk blouse with striking scarf print. Red and gold tassels and circles with tiny Fleur de Lis on top. Black and gold brocade trim at neck, sleeves and cuffs. Gold tone domed metal buttons with concentric circles, snaps at cuffs.
