Vintage 80s Summer Dress Teal Cotton French Connection

Super darling little dress in a blueish green cotton, it has capped sleeves outlined in vertical pleats, a narrow, fold down collar and button down closure at center of chest. There is pretty openwork embroidery on either side of the buttons and a central waist seam that has sash ties at each side, meant to tie up to the ties at the rear that allow you to cinch the skirt at your comfort level by adjusting the sides. The midi skirt has central pleating at the waist and slit pockets at the hip fronts. Unlined. Goes on overhead.
