Classic evening dress by the French iconic design house, Christian Dior.
Sleeveless with a crew neckline, the torso is simple, fitted with darts at the bust and cut There is narrow, black trim encircling the neckline and arm holes.
Waist is nipped, and from it descends and straight, ankle length, black silk skirt with a ruffled peplum panel asymmetrically off to one hip, starting short at left hip, and then descending lower across to the right. There is a deep, dramatic slit at front side of the skirt for ease of movement and showing off of a leg!
Closes with a row of white buttons down the center of the back. Torso, fully lined.
