Do I need to paint each piece separately before installation?

You can paint before or after installation — both work fine. Painting before bolts on allows for cleaner panel edges and easier masking. If you paint on the vehicle, mask carefully around seams and hardware mounting points to avoid overspray in gaps.

Is there any gap filler or seam tape included?

The kit includes the four FRP panels only. Gaps between panels are designed for factory alignment. If needed, flexible seam sealant or adhesive-backed foam trim can close gaps after paint — reference your preferred finishing method when ordering prep materials.

Will this require drilling into the vehicle or can it bolt to existing holes?

The GMX kit uses factory mounting points wherever possible. Before installation, verify your vehicle's OEM hole locations and fastener compatibility. Some drilling may be required depending on your specific setup — dry-fit all pieces first to confirm fitment before final fastening.
