The Full Travel Chevy/GMC 2500/3500 Airbag kit is a brand new design that maintains the best balance of ride quality, articulation, and seamless airbag engagement on the market for GM trucks. Featuring a removable spacer for flexible bag engagement, this kit allows for smooth and unimpeded wheel travel without sacrificing performance at either end of the spectrum when loaded and empty.

This kit sets itself apart from its competitors in several significant ways. While a typical airbag kit connects the truck's frame and axle, limiting the bag's range of motion and negatively affecting the ride quality, this kit allows for complete droop and full compression travel. This is made possible by the absence of any connection between the bag and axle, and the design of the kit enables it to cycle completely.

This airbag kit is the sole option on the market that enables complete vertical travel of the suspension, even with Deaver leaf packs for extended suspension travel. It also preserves full towing capacity.

Fitment Notes:

Applicable to OEM or leveling Deaver leaf spring packs.   Contact us to verify fitment if you have a lifted leaf spring application. 

If the truck is equipped with the factory upper overload spring option, new u-bolts will be required.  Only GM OEM u-bolts or the u-bolts supplied by Full Travel Bags are approved for use.  

Note: 

A minimum clearance of 7" from the tire to the face of the chassis is required.
