With stable base

This professional deep fryer is mounted on a base and works on 400V power. Because the appliance has a cold zone, you can fry for longer using the same oil. The heating element sits a few centimetres above the pan's bottom so that the oil underneath becomes less hot. Crumbs that sink to the bottom burn less quickly, which means the oil stays fresh for longer. The heating element can be adjusted to temperatures between 50°C and 200°C. An indicator lights show when the oil is heated to the right temperature and ready for use.
