If you use the deep fryer intensively daily in your professional kitchen, it needs to last a long time and be able to take a beating. This heavy-duty gas deep fryer is specially designed for use in large kitchens, deep fryers, hotels and cafes. You can use this deep fryer in a cooking line and expand it with an open stainless steel base or a closed base with a door. The top is welded seamlessly and the monoblock deep fryer has a capacity of 12 litres for frying large portions of snacks, fries, vegetables, fish and other products.

With a pilot flame

This powerful fryer runs on gas (LPG or natural gas) and can be set to a temperature between 110 and 190ºC. Its ergonomic and hygienic design makes it a fine appliance to work with. For safety, a gas safety valve with a thermocouple is built in. Furthermore, the fryer is equipped with a pilot light. The deep fryer also features a drain tap for easy removal of frying oil. The deep fryer comes standard with a stainless steel lid and frying basket.

Easy cleaning

All parts of the fryer are made from stainless steel. In combination with the rounded corners, this ensures easy cleaning of the appliance and better hygiene. The stainless steel housing can be cleaned with a damp cloth. The frying basket and the lid can be soaked in warm soapy water. After cleaning, dry everything with a soft cloth and the fryer is ready for use again.
