This is a single sherry hogshead of ‘insert obvious family-owned Speyside distillery here’ which started life in a 1st fill barrel, before spending over two years in a 1st fill sherry hogshead.

It is downright delicious and despicably quaffable, especially because we have bottled it with a few degrees lopped off the top at 53%.
