Directions

Oral consumption, mixed in water: Take 2-3 drops mixed in a full glass of water. First time users and/or sensitive individuals should start with 1 drop only, to see how your body responds; and gradually increase to 2-3 drops (but no more than 4) once the burning sensation is less prevalent.
