Our burger patties are hand-formed from premium Canadian beef with our house seasoning blend. Each patty weighs 5.3 oz and is made without fillers or additives. The beef is lean (82-83% lean) and comes from Canadian farms that follow traditional raising methods. Each patty is individually formed and packaged to maintain freshness.
These patties are thicker than typical store-bought burgers, which allows for better texture when cooking. The hand-forming process creates a less uniform surface that helps with browning. The 5.3 oz size provides good portion control while offering enough meat for a substantial burger.
Grilling: The thickness works well on medium-high heat. Allow the patty to develop a crust before flipping once.
Pan-Searing: Cast iron or heavy skillets work well. Start with a hot pan and let the patty create its own crust.
Indoor Cooking: These can be cooked in a regular skillet or even finished in the oven if you prefer thicker burgers cooked through.
Handling: Because they're hand-formed, handle gently to maintain the texture. Avoid pressing down while cooking, as this can squeeze out juices.
