Kettle System - seamless deep-drawn 304 kettle liner with 304L stainless kettle jacket, draw-off tube & welds and 2" compression draw-off valve 

Kettle Protection System:

Constructed of 304 stainless steel: 

• 304L seamless, deep drawn stainless kettle jacket
• Outer casing seam welded to radius lip
• Stainless legs provided with reinforcing bracing, Four (4) 2" legs for 20 - 100G 
• Full body insulation between kettle jacket and outer casing 
• Adjustable flanged feet
• One-piece, domed cover, actuator-assisted on 40 - 100G
• Condensate drain and steam supply provided with rear connections
• Front mounted steam control valve
• 30 psi operating pressure
• Perforated disk strainer, 1/4" holes
