The Pugachev's Cobra 60 Floating Lure is a floating topwater pencil/walker for precise surface work around shallow cover, flats, and bait.

It is designed to be controlled by rod rhythm rather than by a fixed diving bill, so the angler decides how wide, slow, or sharp the action looks.

Use small slack-line twitches for a tight side-to-side walk, or longer sweeps when you want a wider glide.

If fish boil behind it without eating, stop the lure and let it sit; the pause often turns a follow into a proper surface strike.

It is strongest around shallow weed, rock edges, drains, harbour walls, and calm bait schools.

It is not a deep-water tool, and in rough chop a louder popper or larger pencil may be easier for fish to find.
