Hydroponic flood tables, also referred to as grow trays or plant trays, are a means for holding plants in a hydroponic system. These work in tandem with a stand or rolling bench, with the hydroponic reservoir underneath. A water pump feeds nutrients from the reservoir into the flood table, which will slowly drain back into the reservoir.
