Distilled from Heaven Hill's flagship bourbon mash of 78% corn, 10% rye, and 12% malted barley, the 2026 release of Heaven Hill's Heritage Collection is blended from barrels distilled in February, July, and August of 2003* and bottled without chill filtration in December of 2025 and a cask strength of 129.2 proof. According to the producer, the nose features scents of toasted nuts, aged oak and bright orange oil while the palate brings flavors of rich butterscotch, black tea, leather, and peppery spice. The finish is long with lots of toasted oak and complex baking spice.
