Ingredients:  coenzyme Q10 (Ubiquinone), emulsifying agent - soy lecithin, antioxidant: alpha - tocopherol, preservative: potassium sorbate, water.

Intended for use as a supplement to the diet of adults with coenzyme Q10

How to use:  2 times a day for max. 0.75 ml (15 drops), consume plain or with a small amount of water. Shake the bottle before measuring the dose.

It is recommended to start supplementation with liposomal preparations with minimum doses, i.e. 0.1 ml - 0.25 ml (2-5 drops), gradually reaching the maximum doses given on the label. The period of increasing doses and reaching the maximum dose should be selected individually, preferably after consultation with a phytotherapist. Elements such as gender, age, body weight and sensitivity to the ingredients of the preparation should be taken into account.

Storage:  in a tightly closed package, in a cool place, out of the reach of small children. Protect from light. After opening, store in the refrigerator.

Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product is not intended for children under 12 years of age and pregnant or breastfeeding women.
