The fun, interesting, and innovative Pinhook Vertical Rye Series has reached its 10 year old release. The Series, which explores the effects of maturation on whiskey, follows 450 barrels of rye* as they age from 4-12 years. The 10 year old 2026 release is blended from only 25 barrels and bottled without chill filtration at 106 proof. According to the producer, "It showcases an enveloping nose of dried fig, white chocolate, molasses cookie, and black pepper, and leads to a coating palate of dates, roasted almond frangipane, burnt honey, and juniper."
