The perfect addition to your kitchen, this live edge cutting board is handcrafted from a solid slab of Maple. The edges have been precisely angled for easy pick-up. It has been sanded buttery smooth, and finished with a food-grade oil to protect and beautify. Our boards are solid wood, with no glue joints to eventually break. They will last a lifetime with proper care. Use as a cutting, serving, sandwich, or charcuterie board. 

Board measures: 16 1/2" by 8 1/2" by 7/8" thick.  
Sizes are approximate due to the natural edges.

Material Sourcing: 
Our live edge boards are sourced through a local tree service that uses logs from tree removal jobs around Metro-Detroit. Without commitment to conservation and sustainability, these logs would have been turned into mulch or firewood. Milling the trees into functional home products gives them another life phase. This one-tree-at-a-time process allows us to use the highest quality wood and a chance to create pieces with species that aren't usually seen at a local lumberyard. 

Care:

Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Do not allow to sit in standing water, or put in dishwasher. When the board starts to look dull, use a soft cloth to apply cutting board oil.
