Oral pulling is an ancient Ayurvedic tradition that uses oil swished around and "pulled" through the teeth to remove toxins and bacteria from your mouth. Ayurveda advises oil gargling to purify the entire system; as it holds that each section of the tongue is connected to different organs such as to the kidneys, lungs, liver, heart, small intestines, stomach, colon, and spine. For this oil I used the traditional Sesame oil and infused it with premium dental health care herbs that prevent plaque, gingivitis, gum disease, cavities, bad breath and whitens teeth. Cleans deeper than flossing and prevents plaque buildup for up to 24 hours!

Directions: Put 2-4 droppers full of oil in your mouth and swish it around pulling it through your teeth for 2-10 minutes. Drink a glass of filtered room temperature water to aid the detoxifying effects. Most effective in the morning before brushing your teeth, eating or drinking.
