It's so unusual, and I love that it makes it feel like more of a DRESS, which you could of course wear at home, or totally dress up and wear it out! It honestly reminds me of a Dolce & Gabbana dress from the early 1990s— probably because they heavily referenced vintage 1960s lingerie at the time. The black taffeta-like fabric also helps. It features a fitted bust with an empire waist, adjustable straps, and my favorite detail: the little kick pleat at the bottom! Also note the scalloped hem!
