This lilac and pink floral print chiffon 1970s-does-1930s-style dress features a capelet or large triangular collar over a sleeveless bodice, for a pretty, flutter sleeve effect. The cape collar and the bodice are each made of 2 layers of nylon chiffon, over a twilled silk lining in the same print, but a slightly lighter colorway. The perfect-for-dancing, floaty and full skirt has a single layer of chiffon, over the same silk fabric lining. A self-fabric sash in the chiffon fabric is attached to the waist seam on the right side, and can be tied as you please. We have shown it both tied at the natural waist, and draped over the hips and and tied, to create a more 1920s-style, dropped waist silhouette. The dress fastens with a plastic zipper at the center back. It is in excellent to mint condition, appearing unworn. This romantic, floral print chiffon 1970s dress would be lovely for a garden party--or time you’re are feeling extra girly!
