The Penelope double flower is so pretty around your dog's neck. The variety of colors are fun and take on so many different looks.
All the edges are hand painted on the flowers and the collar strap along with the holes for sizing. Each collar is lined with vegetable tanned leather to create extra comfort and longer life. 
The nickel O-Ring on the leather loop near the buckle is used to attach an ID tag.

Sizes 8" -12" has the nickel d-ring to attach a leash closer to the buckle

Sizes 14" + has the nickel d-ring in the center of the collar (CDR) to attach a leash 

All collars and leads are lead-free and hard hand-crafted in the USA.

A matching leash is available in many widths, 4 ft and 5 ft long. Metal accessories are made of solid brass plated nickel.
