method, the Excsep®AQ-C18 column employs spherical chromatography bare silica gel
having ultra-high purity and ultra-high mechanical strength. Tailing with polar groups
modifies the packing, significantly increasing its compatibility with the aqueous phase. It
can be used in mobile phase circumstances with a high percentage of water phase or
even 100% water phase. Ideal for separating basic, neutral, and acidic substances, among
others.
