The interior of this oven is insulated with a tight-woven fire blanket to keep the heat out, while the exterior is made of sturdy type 304 stainless steel to resist the wear and tear of professional use. The 304 stainless steel is extremely resistant to corrosion caused by leaking pizza grease and liquids from other foods.
