The HosannaWind Moringa Gout Relief Massage Oil is based on Pure Moringa Seed Oil, combined with various organic plant oils and essences imported from Europe, including lemon, rosemary, grapefruit, cypress, juniper, North African cedar, and clary sage essential oils. This blend provides deep nourishment and anti-inflammatory pain relief. Massaging with the HosannaWind Moringa Gout Relief Massage Oil enhances pain relief and reduces the formation of urate crystals. Massage can alleviate pain, improve local circulation, and reduce muscle tension, while warm compresses promote blood circulation and decrease joint pain and swelling.

Additionally, it is recommended to drink 1-2 liters of HosannaWind Moringa tea or moringa leaf powder water daily (refer to the moringa leaf powder Directions) to help detoxify through urine and quickly relieve pain.

Gout is a common metabolic disease primarily caused by elevated uric acid levels in the body, leading to the deposition of uric acid crystals in joint tissues. Uric acid is a waste product generated during metabolism and is typically excreted by the kidneys. However, when the body produces excessive uric acid or the kidneys cannot excrete it properly, uric acid accumulates, forming crystals that ultimately deposit in joints, tendons, and surrounding tissues, causing pain, redness, swelling, and other symptoms of gout. Gout mainly affects middle-aged and older men, while women have a lower incidence; however, women can also develop gout after menopause.

Causes 

1. Chemical Imbalance in the body causes purines to convert rapidly into uric acid.

   - Purines are organic compounds, 80% of which come from waste produced by cellular metabolism, and 20% from food.

1. Focus on improving liver and kidney metabolic function and balancing the endocrine system.

3. Address constipation issues, as constipation can prevent timely uric acid excretion through the intestines.
