The hex panel that scatters sound in every direction at once — triangulated oakwood facets break echo into many small reflections instead of bouncing it back at you in one flat wave. Decor-grade looks, NRC 0.64, M1 fire-rated.
M1 fire-class foam behind the wood face captures mid- and high-frequency energy, cutting reverb on contact.
Each hex contains multiple triangular faces angled in different directions. Sound hits, splits, and scatters on many axes — not one.
The hex geometry tiles edge-to-edge with no gaps. Build a wall, a feature panel, or a staggered pattern.
Standard foam panels only absorb. Linear-groove diffusers scatter on one axis (left-right or up-down). Triangulated hex diffusers scatter on many axes at once — which is why this design is preferred in live recording rooms, drum rooms, and vocal booths where you need broad-band scatter from a single panel.

Diffuse PRO Isometric Triangle Hexagon is a combination absorber + multi-axis diffuser. It reduces echo inside a room and breaks up flutter reflections on more than one axis. It does not block sound transmission through a wall.
| Metric | Value | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| NRC | 0.64 | Absorbs ~64% of mid/high-frequency sound energy on contact |
| Scattering range | 200 Hz – 5 kHz | Breaks up flutter echo across the full speech and music range |
| Scatter axes | Multi-axis | Triangulated facets scatter sound in many directions, not one |
| Fire class | M1 / Euroclass E | Meets commercial-install fire requirements in most EU and Asian markets |
| STC | Not rated | STC measures wall blocking. For noise transmission between rooms, use mass — not absorption. |
NRC 0.64 is the published overall figure for the foam-and-veneer assembly. Lab-measured.
Lay panels on the floor first. Hexagons tile edge-to-edge for full coverage, or stagger them for a feature wall. Photograph before mounting.
Construction adhesive for permanent installs. Heavy-duty Command strips or Z-clips for rental-friendly mounting.
Press firmly for 30 seconds. Start at the top of the layout and work down. Match facet orientation if you want a regular pattern; rotate randomly for maximum scatter.
For studios and listening rooms, prioritize panels at the first-reflection points on side walls and behind the listening position.
