Decumano

The Decumano is the ancient Roman east-west road that still runs through the historic centre of Naples, a route that has carried the same foot traffic for over two thousand years. This glove takes its name and character from that continuity.

Made from table-cut soft suede, entirely hand-sewn with contrast stitching that traces every seam. A classic button closure on the inside wrist follows the traditional construction format. The pure cashmere lining is colour-matched to the external stitch detail, a connection between inside and outside that is deliberate, not incidental, recalling the elegance of the 1920s gentleman.

Tobacco, bordeaux, forest green, grey: the suede reads differently in each tone. The contrast stitching is the constant. The contrast stitching traces every seam. Construction and aesthetic, the same choice.
