The BIONIKA Corticon implant system utilises a conical and hexagonal (Cone & Hex) connection geometry that ensures exceptionally precise, micromovement-free engagement and reliable force transmission.

Implant placement at or slightly below the cortical level is recommended, as this position enhances primary stability and supports long-term bone level maintenance.

The platform-switching design allows the bone to naturally grow over the implant shoulder, resulting in a stable biological seal and favourable soft tissue response.

The spirally ribbed, self-locking thread structure provides optimal load-bearing capacity, promotes rapid osseointegration, and minimises micromovements.

Angulated, Customisable Abutment with Natural Form and Precise Orientation

The Anatomic abutment, angled, 15°, positioned, type-B is an implant-level, customisable (grindable) abutment developed for angle correction in cases where implant placement is not ideal, and for achieving aesthetic and functional restorations. The 15° angulation allows compensation for deviations between the prosthetic and implant axes, while the anatomical form supports the development of a natural gingival contour.

The Type B indexed design means that a defined point of the connection surface always aligns with the same position relative to the top of the abutment. This fixed orientation ensures that the abutment is repositioned in the exact same alignment every time, which is essential in multi-implant cases to maintain coordination between prosthetic components.
