Inside, layers of espresso-infused chocolate sponge are filled with our rich, silky coffee Swiss buttercream, made using our very own in-house roasted coffee. The result is a flavour that’s both comforting and indulgent.
The exterior is finished in a smooth mocha buttercream, topped with piped domes, delicate touches of edible gold leaf, and a ring of crunchy cacao nibs around the base for added texture and contrast.

We offer the option to make our cakes using gluten-free flour. However, please note that we are not a certified gluten-free environment. While we take every precaution, there is a risk of cross-contamination, and these cakes may not be suitable for coeliacs or those with severe gluten intolerances.
