2. Wear It: Wrap around your ankle and secure.

3. Power On: Hold power button 2 sec → Beep ×2 → Starts at 50°C.

4. Adjust Modes
   ➤ Heating: Tap to cycle 40–60°C

   ➤ Vibration: Tap to switch 3 levels

5. Power Off: Hold power button 2 sec → Beep → All off
