Instructions for Use

• With the Claasens Sausage Filler it is easy to make your own boerewors!
• Mount the sausage filler to a table top.  
• Put the lever in place; hook the swivel pin into position.  
• Lift the plunger and swing backwards before filling the cylinder with meat.  
• Place the plunger in position and use the lever to press the meat through the cylinder.
• Pull out the split pin on the piston to loosen for cleaning.  
• Hand wash with soap and warm water.
• Store in a clean, dry place.
